Delivery: Frequently asked questions

How much does delivery cost?

UK Delivery

For all of our products, each delivery is charged at £6 to a single mainland UK address. Whether you order one Critter, a shirt or ten to the same address, the delivery price is always £6.

Overseas Delivery

If you would a like a delivery overseas or to UK addresses that is not on the mainland, please contact us here and we will arrange for a delivery quote before you order.

How long will my delivery take?

This depends on what you order.

For ready-made Critters

As a small team of volunteers, we are only able to post out orders first thing on a Monday morning. We use tracked delivery and products are usually with you within 48 hours of posting. Orders received after the Monday post run will be posted out on the following Monday.

For Design Your Own Critters

These usually take about a week or so to make and post to you. Once you have ordered, we will keep in touch with you via email to let you know how your bespoke order is progressing.

For T-Shirts

T shirts are not held in stock but made to order. This means that the whole process from ordering, printing and delivery takes approx 7-10 days.

We want you to be delighted with your purchases, recommend us to your friends and buy more things from us in the future so we can help more children in Cornwall. If you have any problems, email us and we will help you.

How do I return my order? Is it free?

Packaging up and returning goods will have to be at your expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked/signed for postal service as we cannot process any refunds if they are lost in the post and there is no proof that they have arrived with us. Please remember that in line with consumer law, it is not possible to return personalised goods such as our children’s t-shirts.

How long do I have if I need to return my order?

This depends on what you are buying. As you are buying online, UK consumer law states that for most goods on our website you have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive them to notify us of your intention to return. Once you've done this, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

This is only different for our children's t-shirts as they are personalised goods. If you have ordered a children's t-shirt, then this cannot be returned if it does not fit, or if you change your mind, only if it is faulty.

Where do I send my returns?

This will depend on what you have bought as our products are made and posted in different places. If you need to return an item, please contact us on info@cornishcritters.com and we will email you a return address and further information.
