I’m more understanding of my parents point of view and I can understand what they are saying more and why they say it. There is a lot more fairness in the house because I understand them more and they understand me more. Sometimes I apologise and sometimes mum and dad do and that helps me feel good because they understand me more.

Thank you for what you have done so far with my son, it has definitely made a difference! His confidence has improved! He worries less about what others think of him and is happier being himself. When he has a problem, he is better at recognising what is happening and making plans to deal with things in a more appropriate way. He is more relaxed at home and therefore the whole family is too!
